Performer Streaming Setup
How it works?
Open the performers portal. Login information will be provided by the producer. You will be prompted to select a video and audio source. Keep this page open while streaming. What you see on the page is what the audience will see (note if you use the virtual cam, it will be flipped; but displays correctly)
Log into the battle URL to see how you are performing and to chat with the audience.
If you are playing music, it’s recommended to use a virtual cable or external audio card vs. your microphone.
Required
- PC or Mac OS
- Sound Card (Virtual cable preferred)
- Video Stream (Camera or Virtual Cam)
Recommended Software
OBS Studio 26.1.1 or later (Comes with Virtual Cam for PC)
Serato v2.4.5.77 or later (Comes with Virtual Audio Cable)
Virtual Cam (iOS Only)
Virtual Audio Cable or External Audio Card
STEPS
- Make sure any video applications are closed like OBS/webcam
- Open Perform Stream Portal (Click Here)
- Login (with credentials the producer provided)
- Select your video and audio stream
- You are streaming! (note it may look backward, but it’s correct)
- Keep the performer stream portal open; close when done.
